At work I’m participating in an online fitness program called Thrive Across America. Teams compete against each other for eight weeks to see who can average the most exercise time. Progress is tracked by reaching predetermined targets, which are national parks located across the United States. The key is to consistently exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, five times a week. In July, the top team will be awarded prizes including free lunch and a Whole Foods gift card.
My team is in the middle of the pack at 11th place out of 26 teams.
Right now, I’m ahead of pace:)
It’s definitely helped me be accountable for working out and exercising consistently.
